WELCOME ALL VIRTUAL PILOTS!

Welcome to RAFVO HQ, RAF Virtual Ops has been set up for users of microsoft flight simulator on the IVAO network who wish to take their interest in the Royal Air Force further. We are currently in the process of becoming operational, and recruitment is very much open! RAFVO mimics the real world activities of the Royal Air Force, this enables us to create an authentic simulation of a flying career in the RAF. It is planned that operations will be both foreign and domestic, making use of the overseas stations such as, RAF Akrotiri (Cyprus) RAF Gibraltar & RAFU Goose bay to name a few. And with many current overseas deployments there are a variety of operations to conducted in the virtual environment. All recruits will assume an appropriate rank after acceptance usualy Pilot officer. New members will be offered training before a posting to a UK RAFVO station. Pilots must achive a total of 5 flying hours before applying for an overseas posting, a further 2 hours will be required before an overseas deployment. All regulations are considered part of the challenge.

Vip Transport
Aid Drops & Humanitarian missions
International deployments

Plus Military op's:

Recon
Air-to-Air Refueling
AWACS
Patrol
